The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Magelang Regency, Central Java reached 98.13 points in 2025.

This figure decreased by 1.15 points compared to last year and increased by 4.7 points over the past five years.

Quoting from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding the 2025 Provincial and Regency/City IKK, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.

Based on that definition, Magelang Regency's IKK of 98.13 points indicates that the building construction cost in that area is equivalent to 0.981 times the construction cost in Surabaya.
