The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Bandung City, West Java stood at 119.75 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 2.56 points compared to last year and rose by 4.84 points over the past five years.

Quoting from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publication on Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the reference city, Surabaya City.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.
