Kulonprogo Regency DIY Construction Cost Index Reaches 103.03 Points in 2025

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Kulonprogo Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) stood at 103.03 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 0.47 points compared to the previous year and rose by 2.65 points over the past five years.

Quoting from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publication on Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the reference city, Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.
