This figure decreased by 1.89 points compared to last year and dropped by 3.04 points over the past five years.

Referring to the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.
