Top 10 Indonesian Regions with the Most FLPP Housing Developments in 2024

The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) is the disbursing institution for the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP).

FLPP is a government-funded program providing financing support or subsidies for home ownership loans (KPR) for low-income communities.

From March to December 20, 2024, BP Tapera disbursed Rp24.57 trillion in FLPP funds for the purchase of 200,300 housing units spread across 396 regencies/cities.

Bekasi Regency had the highest disbursement, with 13,908 housing units, representing 6.9% of the national total.

Below is a list of the top 10 regencies/cities with the highest disbursement of housing units from BP Tapera through the FLPP scheme from March to December 20, 2024:

2. Karawang Regency: 7,799 units
3. Bogor Regency: 7,697 units
4. Tangerang Regency: 5,980 units
5. Palembang City: 5,744 units
6. Deli Serdang Regency: 5,259 units
7. Kendari City: 4,774 units
8. Maros Regency: 3,689 units
9. Kubu Raya Regency: 3,303 units
10. Cirebon Regency: 3,274 units

Based on the disbursing bank, BTN had the largest share at 57.34%, followed by BTN Syariah at 16.53%, BRI at 8.09%, and BNI at 5%.
