The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)'s Integrity Assessment Survey (SPI) shows that the government's financial sector received the highest integrity score among other state institutions.
The financial sector achieved an index score of 87.1. Several institutions related to this sector are Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
Next, the integrity index of the law enforcement and judiciary sector (KPK, Police, Attorney General's Office, Supreme Court, and Constitutional Court) and the environment and natural resources sector (Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and BMKG) each had an index score of 81.8. Then, the economy and investment sector (BP Jamsostek, Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, BKPM, Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, BKPH, Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration, and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs) had an index score of 80.8.
The index score for the infrastructure sector (Ministry of Communication and Informatics, Ministry of Transportation, and Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing) reached 80.5. Below that is the supervisory sector (Ombudsman, National Police Commission, Attorney General's Office Supervisory Board, Election Supervisory Agency, KPI, National Human Rights Commission, BPKP, ASN Commission, Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency, BPOM, KPPU, and KY) which received an index score of 79.9.
Furthermore, the public service and health sector (Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Education and Culture, Ministry of Health, and BPJS Kesehatan) received an index score of 79.5. Meanwhile, the political sector (People's Consultative Assembly, House of Representatives, Regional Representative Council, and General Election Commission) had a score of 76.6.
The national integrity index score reached 72.4. The highest index score was in Boyolali Regency at 91.7, and the lowest was in Mamberamo Raya Regency at only 42.
The SPI is a survey to measure the level of corruption risk in ministries, institutions, and local governments (KLPD). The SPI is used as an indicator of corruption prevention in the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) and as an indicator in the KemenPAN-RB's Performance Measurement and Reporting System (PMPRB).
This survey involved 255,010 respondents from 640 ministries/institutions and local governments. The survey was conducted using an online questionnaire via enumerator gadgets (CAPI).
