According to a survey by the Seventeen Choice Pioneer Foundation (PP17), the level of confidence among Gen Z and Millennials in Indonesia towards the government is almost evenly divided.

In the first quarter of 2026, respondents who stated they were very confident or confident accounted for 38%, somewhat confident for 29%, and very unconfident or unconfident for 32%.
