"(Working capital) includes, but is not limited to, sales and marketing activities, product development, financing operational activities (including maintenance costs or other operational expenses), and the addition of supporting facilities for the Company's business (including technology upgrades)," Blibli explained.

"The Company will account for the realization of the use of funds from this Public Offering by reporting periodically to the OJK in accordance with POJK No. 30/2015," it continued.
