The monthly data in this region decreased by 79.17% compared to the same period in the previous month. East Java ranked second. Compared to the same period in the previous month, the value of iron and steel imports from ports with HS code 72 in this province grew by -74.28%. The total value of iron and steel imports from ports with HS code 72 in this province was reported as US$418.18 million. Meanwhile, the monthly statistics for the value of iron and steel imports from ports with HS code 72 showed a decrease of 74.28% compared to the same period in the previous month, which was recorded at US$1.63 billion.
Next, the value of iron and steel imports from ports with HS code 72 in Banten decreased by 75.96% to US$314.45 million compared to the same period in the previous month; Riau Islands with iron and steel imports from ports with HS code 72 valued at US$292.97 million (down 69.42%); and the value of iron and steel imports from ports with HS code 72 in Central Sulawesi decreased by 84.43% to US$195.7 million compared to the same period in the previous month.
