Stranger Things 4 broke records as the most popular Netflix global series up to June 15, 2022. According to Netflix's report, this science-fiction series was watched for a total of 781.04 million hours.

Netflix calculates the most-watched series based on the total viewing duration during the first 28 days after its release.

Bridgerton Season 2 ranked as the second most popular Netflix series with a total viewing time of 656.26 million hours, followed by Bridgerton Season 1, which was watched for 625.49 million hours.

Next, Stranger Things 3 also made the list of Netflix's most-watched series, accumulating 582.10 million hours of viewing time. Lucifer Season 5 and The Witcher: Season 1 were watched for 569.48 million hours and 541.01 million hours respectively.
