The 98th Academy Awards, or the 2026 Oscars, the American film industry's awards ceremony, will be held on March 15, 2026, at the Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) has announced the list of nominees for the awards.
According to its official website, Sinners is recorded as the film with the most nominations at the 2026 Oscars, with 16 nominations.
This achievement makes Sinners the most nominated film in Oscar history, surpassing La La Land, which received 14 nominations in 2016.
