The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) closed up 46.57 points, or 0.7%, to 6,666.33 at the end of trading on Thursday (8/6/2023).

Today's index strengthening was driven by PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares, which rose by 7.76%. Moreover, GOTO is currently the largest technology sector company by market capitalization.
