Investor anxiety over a Donald Trump victory caused investors on the Jakarta Stock Exchange to offload their portfolios of these small-cap stocks. As a result, share prices fell by up to 10 percent.
The share price of Eureka Prima Jakarta, traded on the Jakarta Stock Exchange under the code LCGP, closed 10 percent lower on November 9, 2016, at Rp 171 per share compared to the previous day's closing price. Other stocks experiencing significant declines of over 7 percent included Prasida Aneka Niaga (PSDN), Steady Safe (Safe), and Martina Berto (MBTO).

On November 9, 2016, the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) of the Indonesia Stock Exchange fell 56.36 points (1.03 percent) to 5,414.321. Investor investment value on the Jakarta Stock Exchange immediately shrank by Rp 61.23 trillion to Rp 5,857.33 trillion. The infrastructure sector experienced the sharpest decline, at 2.3 percent, followed by the financial sector at 1.52 percent and the basic industry sector at 1.13 percent.
