The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) overhauled the composition of its main stock indices for the period effective from May 4 to July 31, 2026.
This is the result of a recent evaluation of rules to adjust the universe of stocks. A number of indices that were dismantled include LQ45, IDX30, IDX80, and thematic indices such as IDXESGL, which are important references for market participants.
According to Katadata, in the LQ45 index, BEI included five new stocks. The LQ45 index comprises 45 stocks on the IDX selected based on high liquidity, substantial market capitalization, as well as strong financial performance and growth potential
One of them is a subsidiary of the national conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu, PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN).
The stock affiliated with President Prabowo Subianto's brother, Hashim Djojohadikusumo, PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), also became a new member of this high-liquidity index.
From the Databoks search results, these five issuers recorded diverse transaction values.
Here is a complete list of the transaction values of the five stock issuers that will be included in LQ45, according to BEI data as of April 24, 2026:
PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA)

In addition, BEI also plans to remove stocks with high concentrated ownership (HSC) from the LQ45, IDX30, IDX80, and IDXESGL indices. HSC refers to a list of issuers on BEI whose shares are largely concentrated in the hands of a few parties or affiliated groups. This data was released by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) together with the Central Securities Depository of Indonesia (KSEI) to enhance transparency and minimize risks.
The minimum free float requirement has also been set at a higher figure, namely a minimum of 10% or in accordance with Regulation I-A.
The BEI has also relaxed the rules regarding suspensions, from previously requiring stocks to be actively traded for the past six months, to a maximum tolerance of one day not being traded during that period.
