The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) published a list of highly concentrated stocks, or high shareholding concentration (HSC), on Thursday (2/4/2026).
The list includes a number of issuers with a majority of shares controlled by a certain number or a small group of shareholders at the end of the first quarter of 2026.
The determination of HSC by BEI is based on the structure of share ownership in the form of certificates and without certificates.
BEI releases this data to increase transparency, minimize the risk of speculative practices, and meet global investor standards.
According to HSC data, there are nine highly concentrated stocks. PT Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk (ROCK) is at the top with 99.85%.
There is also a conglomerate issuer of Prajogo Pangestu, namely PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN).
Here are the nine highly concentrated stocks, according to BEI data as of March 31, 2026:
- PT Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk (ROCK): 99.85% of total shares in the form of certificates and non-certificates
- PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH): 99.77%
- PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS): 98.35%
- PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII): 97.75%
- PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN): 97.31%
- PT Panca Anugrah Wisesa Tbk (MGLV): 95.94%
- PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA): 95.76%
- PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY): 95.47%
- PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (RLCO): 95.35%
