The state-owned construction issuer, PT PP (Persero) Tbk or PTPP, recorded a profit attributable to owners of the parent entity of IDR 5.55 billion in the third quarter of 2025.
This net profit plunged by 97.92% from IDR 267.28 billion in the third quarter of last year (year-on-year/yoy).
In line with this, PTPP's operating revenue decreased by 23.33% (yoy) to IDR 10.73 trillion in the third quarter of 2025.
The decline in revenue occurred across almost all business segments. The largest revenue contribution still came from construction services, amounting to IDR 8.83 trillion.
This was followed by the EPC segment with IDR 781.80 billion, property and realty with IDR 540.08 billion, and financial income from the construction of concession financial assets with IDR 247.32 billion.
Nevertheless, PTPP's cost of revenue decreased by 26.14% (yoy) to IDR 9.12 trillion during this period.
By the end of the third quarter of 2025, PTPP had assets valued at IDR 55.52 trillion, a decrease of 1.88% from IDR 56.58 trillion in December 2024.
