Bank Jakarta Records Rp421 Billion Profit in First Half of 2025

DKI Bank has officially rebranded as Bank Jakarta. In the first half of 2025, the bank recorded a net profit of Rp421.18 billion, a 24.41% year-on-year (YoY) increase.

In line with this, Bank Jakarta's net interest income rose by 10.3% to Rp1.47 trillion in the first half of this year.

This growth is in accordance with interest income increasing by 6.68% (YoY) to Rp2.96 trillion. Meanwhile, interest expense only increased by 3.24% (YoY) to Rp1.48 trillion.

Bank Jakarta also recorded a decrease in its operating expense to operating income ratio (BOPO) from 87.02% in the first half of 2024 to 83.86% in the first half of this year.

Bank Jakarta's President Director, Agus H. Widodo, stated that this positive performance reflects the bank's commitment to healthy and inclusive growth.

"We continue to strengthen intermediation functions by expanding access to productive financing, especially to MSMEs, which are expected to be the driving force of the regional economy," said Agus in a written statement on Monday (July 28, 2025).

As of June 2025, Bank Jakarta's total assets were recorded at Rp84.72 trillion. This figure is up 2.85% compared to the position at the end of December 2024, which was Rp82.37 trillion.
