Eight Indonesian Companies' Recent IPO Activity: July 8-10, 2025

Eight issuers flocked to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on July 8-10, 2025. They are PT Asia Pramulia (ASPR), PT Pancaran Samudera Transport (PSAT), PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia (PMUI), and PT Chandra Daya Investasi (CDIA).

Next are PT Indokripto Koin Semesta (COIN), PT Merry Riana Edukasi (MERI), PT Diastika Biotekindo (CHEK), and PT Trimitra Trans Persada (BLOG).

Referring to Stockbit data processed by Katadata, the share prices from these initial public offerings (IPOs) varied. Measured by the largest percentage increase, COIN was the champion, reaching 144% to Rp244 in just three trading days since its listing on the IDX on Wednesday (July 9, 2025).

The IPO share price was set at Rp100, the lower limit of the offering price. This week, COIN shares were traded at 66,950 shares worth Rp1.22 billion.

A surge in price also occurred in PSAT shares, reaching 143%. This issuer, which listed on the IDX since Monday (July 8, 2025), recorded the highest transaction volume, reaching 835,000 shares with a value of Rp174.8 billion this week.

Meanwhile, CDIA, which also recorded a more than double increase in share price, was traded at 83,350 shares worth Rp2.73 billion.

The IPO share price was set at Rp190, the upper limit of the offering price, and closed at Rp400 this week.

Unfortunately, not all listed issuers fared well. The share price of the main distributor of XL products, PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia Tbk (PMUI), plummeted 27.22% since it began trading yesterday, Thursday (July 10, 2025).

On its first trading day, PMUI's share price plunged 15% from the IPO price of Rp180 to Rp153. On Friday, PMUI shares closed at Rp131.

A share price decline was also recorded by PT Asia Pramulia Tbk (ASPR) by 8.87% to Rp113. ASPR's IPO price was set at Rp124 and briefly surged 32% on its first trading day on the IDX on Monday (July 8, 2025) to Rp164. However, ASPR's share price continued to decline in the following days.
