The bankruptcy curator team of PT Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex) recorded a total debt of Rp29.88 trillion (approximately US$1.99 billion based on an exchange rate of 15,000 IDR/USD) as of January 30, 2025. This list of creditor receivables was revealed on the Sritex Curator Team's website.
According to *Katadata*, Denny Ardiansyah, a member of the Sritex Curator Team, stated that these receivables are owed to 94 concurrent creditors, 349 preferential creditors, and 22 separate creditors, totaling 1,654 creditors.
The following details the breakdown of Sritex's confirmed debt from creditors as reported by the Sritex Curator Team:
* Concurrent creditor claims: Rp28,340,743,725,045.50
* Separate creditor claims: Rp919,770,999,967.40
* Preferential creditor claims: Rp619,590,399,433.00
* **Total** creditor receivables: Rp29,880,105,124,445.90
This extensive list includes debts owed to large companies, such as the Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office (Rp28.6 billion), Surakarta Customs (Rp189.2 billion), and PT PLN Jawa Tengah-DIY (Rp43.6 billion) as a concurrent creditor.

According to Denny, this list of confirmed receivables will guide creditors in determining their next steps. "With the acknowledged amount of receivables, creditors can then make decisions in the upcoming creditor meeting," he said in Semarang on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
The enormous debt significantly exceeds the company's assets, which totaled only Rp9.63 trillion based on the financial report as of September 30, 2024. This significant imbalance between debt and assets further worsens Sritex's financial condition.
The Sritex bankruptcy creditor meeting held on January 30, 2025, agreed that the curator and the bankrupt debtor's management should discuss further steps regarding business continuity or bankruptcy resolution.
The curator and debtor were given 21 days before creditors stated their position in the following meeting. Sritex management expressed its readiness to submit a business plan proposal as part of its business sustainability strategy.
Meanwhile, the curator proposed an independent audit to assess the company's business viability after the bankruptcy ruling. Given this situation, creditors are expected to consider all aspects before making decisions regarding Sritex's future.
