Benny Tjokrosaputro finally won his lawsuit against global financial institution Goldman Sachs regarding the ownership of Hanson International shares. With this victory, Benny will receive Rp 320 billion in compensation. Previously, Benny sold 425 million Hanson International shares to Platinum Partners with a repurchase agreement. However, the shares, which should still be repurchased, had already been transferred to Goldman Sachs.
