GoTo Has the Second-Largest Market Capitalization Among Global Ridesharing Companies

PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk is not only competitive in Southeast Asia but also holds its own against similar companies in the United States and China. This is evident in GoTo's market capitalization, which ranks second when compared to Uber, Grab, Didi, and Lyft.

Uber, the US transportation company, boasts a market capitalization of US$45.34 billion according to data from companiesmarketcap.com. Despite being the highest, Uber's market capitalization has fallen by 44.26% since the beginning of the year.

GoTo ranks second with a market capitalization of US$22.98 billion. GoTo itself only had its initial public offering in April 2022.

The Chinese online transportation company, DiDi, is ranked third, with a market capitalization of US$14.8 billion.

GoTo's main competitor, Grab, has a market capitalization of US$11.25 billion. Meanwhile, Lyft, which competes with Uber, has a market capitalization of US$4.63 billion.
