The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) strengthened by 4.92 points or 0.07% to 6,915.101 at the closing of Tuesday's trading (August 15, 2023).

The issuer with the code HUMI was among the top gainers after strengthening by 34.82%, followed by issuers ARII and BBRM, which strengthened by 24.35% and 22.58%, respectively.

Meanwhile, today's top losers were INET, which weakened by 9.17%, followed by HBAT and COAL, which contracted by 8.2% and 7.41%, respectively.

Although the stock index strengthened, the majority of stocks closed lower today. Specifically, 264 stocks weakened, 263 stocks strengthened, and 222 stocks were stagnant.
