According to the Indonesian Securities Valuation Company (PHEI) website, the Indonesia Composite Bond Index (ICBI) closed at 331.1915 on Monday, December 20, 2021. This figure is up 0.4532 points (0.14%) from the previous day's closing of 330.7383.

Furthermore, today's transactions showed that market participants were hunting for both government and corporate bonds. This positive sentiment pushed the domestic bond market higher.

Specifically, the INDOBeX Composite Clean Price closed up 0.0973 points (0.0812%) to 119.95. Meanwhile, the INDOBeX Effective Yield Index rose 0.0144 points (0.24%) to 5.9093.

The INDOBeX Government Total Return closed up 0.4512 points (0.14%) to 324.53. Meanwhile, the INDOBeX Corporate Total Return Index rose 0.3866 points (0.11%) to 366.2.

Today's spot exchange rate for the Rupiah closed down Rp 12.5/US$ (0.09%) to Rp 14,377.5/US$. The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) closed down 55 points (0.83%) to 6,547.11.
