Comparison of Presidential Candidate Property Assets in 2024: Who is the Land King?

Three prospective presidential candidates (presidential candidates), namely Prabowo Subianto, Ganjar Pranowo, and Anies Baswedan, have significantly different reported net worths.

Their wealth, as reported through the State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), comprises several components, including land and buildings, machinery and transportation, securities, cash and cash equivalents, movable assets, and even debts.

Prabowo Subianto has the highest value of land and building assets. The Gerindra Party chairman and Minister of Defense possesses land and building assets worth Rp275.32 billion. Prabowo owns ten properties, detailed as follows:

Anies Baswedan follows in second place as the prospective presidential candidate with the highest value of property assets.

The LHKPN reports that the former Governor of DKI Jakarta owns five plots of land and buildings worth Rp14.66 billion, detailed as follows:

* Land and building, 116 m2/60 m2 in South Jakarta: Rp936,780,000
* Land, 4,284 m2 in Ponogoro: Rp1,541,900,000

Finally, Ganjar Pranowo, in 2022, had property assets valued at Rp2.74 billion, the lowest among the other two prospective presidential candidates.

The former Governor of Central Java is recorded as owning seven land and building assets spread across Purbalingga, Central Java, and Sleman, Yogyakarta, detailed as follows:
