This is the Largest Investment Credit Recipient Sector in June 2023

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded that national banking investment credit reached Rp1.73 quadrillion in June 2023. This figure grew by 8% month-on-month (mom).

Based on business sector, the manufacturing industry received the largest amount of investment credit at Rp281.48 trillion. Despite having the highest value, investment credit in this sector decreased by 1.30% (mom).

The next largest investment loan flowed into the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries industry, valued at Rp262.28 trillion. This figure increased slightly by 0.46% (mom).

Wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles completed the top three with a loan value of Rp172.96 trillion. This grew by 2.20% (mom).
