The results showed that BRI is the bank most known by the public, with a proportion reaching 90.4%. Meanwhile, Danamon was in last place with 52%.

The KIC survey also found that 96.1% of respondents believe banks facilitate saving activities and fund management through automatic features such as auto-debit.

KIC conducted this online survey from July 19-27, 2025, involving 637 respondents across Indonesia.

The majority, or 63.3%, of respondents were millennials (27-42 years old), 32.7% Gen Z (17-26 years old), and 4% Gen X (42-58 years old).
