JKSE Rises; Here's a List of Today's Top Gainers and Losers

Today's trading session saw the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) close up 7.01 points (0.14%) to 4,973.79. This increase was driven by the improved performance of several blue-chip stocks and significant buying activity on the exchange today, reaching Rp 6.15 trillion.

Of the 176 stocks that increased in value today, Mark Dynamics Indonesia (MARK) topped the list with the largest increase at 20.37%. This was followed by Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat (BJBR), which increased by 10.46% to 845, and Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur (BJTM), which increased by 9.0% to 545.

On the top losers side, Putra Rajawali Kencana (PURA) fell by 5.15% to 92, Summarecon Agung (SMRA) fell by 4.65% to 615, and Transcoal Pacific (TCPI) fell by 4.38% to 4150. A total of 6.92 billion shares were traded today, with 611,721 transactions.
