According to data from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), the production of aviation turbine fuel (avtur), including the JP-5 type, at Indonesian refineries decreased in 2024.

For international flights, the price has increased by 80.32%, from US$0.742 per liter to US$1.338 per liter.

The Chairman of the National Association of Airline Companies in Indonesia (Inaca), Denon Prawiraatmadja, said this increase was in line with previous expectations.
