PT Pertamina (Persero) has once again adjusted the prices of non-subsidized fuel oil (BBM) in October 2025.

For non-subsidized fuel types Pertamina Dex and Dexlite, prices decreased compared to last month. Meanwhile, Pertamax, Pertamax Green 95, and Pertamax Turbo prices remained unchanged.

Below is a list of Pertamina fuel prices in Jakarta and its surrounding areas, effective from October 1, 2025, along with a comparison to last month:

Non-Subsidized Fuel:

Pertamina Dex: Rp14,000 per liter, up from Rp13,850 per liter

Dexlite: Rp13,700 per liter, up from Rp13,600 per liter

Pertamax Turbo: Rp13,100 per liter, unchanged

Pertamax Green 95: Rp13,000 per liter, unchanged

Pertamax: Rp12,200 per liter, unchanged

Subsidized Fuel:

Pertalite: Rp10,000 per liter, unchanged

Subsidized Biosolar: Rp6,800 per liter, unchanged.

These prices apply in Jakarta and its surrounding areas with a motor vehicle fuel tax (PBBKB) of 5%.

In addition, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) reported that four out of five private gas station business entities have agreed to a business deal with Pertamina to address fuel supply shortages.

This import procurement through the state-owned company involves the supply of base fuel, which is a fuel product not yet mixed with additives and dyes.

“This October, private business entities must submit their required quotas, in accordance with the commodity balance. So, if there's talk of a monopoly or single-door import, that won't exist for 2026, nor does it exist this year,” said Dwi Anggia, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, in a statement reported by Katadata, Friday (26/9/2025).
