Bank Indonesia (BI) has officially opened recruitment for its Young Potential Employee Development Program (PCPM) batch 37, from August 20th to August 25th, 2022. This recruitment is for assistant manager-level positions.
This BI recruitment is open to Bachelor's (S1) and Master's (S2) degree graduates. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 and be a maximum of 28 years old for S2 graduates and 26 years old for S1 graduates.

Based on Bank Indonesia's 2021 financial report, the total number of employees reached 5,294 as of December 31, 2021. This includes 97 employees assigned to various institutions such as the IMF, the Presidential Staff Office, and the Islamic Financial Services Board.
Over the past 10 years, the number of Bank Indonesia employees has fluctuated. The highest number was recorded in 2015 at 5,988 employees, while the lowest was in 2017 at 4,732 employees.
For information, BI's PCPM is a recruitment program aimed at developing future leaders to fill strategic positions within Bank Indonesia. Successful candidates will participate in a series of BI PCPM development programs.
In the 2022 PCPM BI program, the central bank is seeking S1 and S2 graduates in mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information systems, economics or development studies, Islamic economics, management, accounting, finance, and law. Graduates from foreign universities are also eligible to apply if their field of study is equivalent to the fields listed above.
