Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the East Java Regional Government, Jombang''s Regency/City Minimum Wage (UMK) is Rp3,137,004 in 2025.

This UMK increased by Rp191,460 (6.5%) compared to the 2024 UMK of Rp2,945,544.
