Labor Productivity per Business Sector in Indonesia in 2025

According to data from the Ministry of Labor, the average labor productivity in Indonesia reached Rp92.67 million per person per year in 2025.

This figure was obtained from the value of the gross domestic product (GDP) divided by the total number of working people nationwide.

If broken down by industry, the information and communication sector has the highest productivity.

Meanwhile, the lowest productivity is in the water supply, waste management, and recycling sectors.

Here are the labor productivity figures in Indonesia by industry sector in 2025, sorted from the highest:

2. Real Estate: Rp717.02 million
3. Mining and Quarrying: Rp548.9 million
4. Electricity and Gas Supply: Rp381.24 million
5. Financial and Insurance Services: Rp327.44 million

7. Processing Industry: Rp135.78 million
8. Corporate Services: Rp106.29 million
