According to data from the Tangerang City Government, the Tangerang City Sectoral Minimum Wage (UMSK) 2025 has seen varied increases based on business sector.
This increase is an addition to the 2025 Tangerang City Minimum Wage (UMK) of Rp5.07 million.
The Tangerang City Government has set the 2025 UMSK for Sector 1 at an increase of 7% from the UMK benchmark, resulting in Rp5.42 million, and Sector 2 at an increase of 4%, resulting in Rp5.27 million.
Then, the 2025 UMSK for Sector 3 is increased by 3%, resulting in Rp5.22 million, and Sector 4 is increased by 2%, resulting in Rp5.17 million.
The following is a grouping of business types by sector in Tangerang City, referring to Banten Governor's Decree Number 472 of 2024:

The Banten Governor's Decree states that if employers are unable to pay the 2025 UMSK, they can conduct bipartite negotiations with workers or labor unions at the company concerned.
"The results of the bipartite negotiations are made in writing, signed by the parties involved, and reported to the Banten Governor through the Banten Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office," states the third decision in Banten Governor's Decree Number 472 of 2024.
