The Lampung Provincial Government has set the 2023 District/City Minimum Wage (UMK), effective from January 2023. The UMK determination refers to the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) No. 18 of 2022.
The 2023 UMK in Lampung Province increased by an average of 7-8% for each district/city. Bandar Lampung City recorded the highest UMK 2023 at Rp 2.99 million, a 7.96% increase compared to the previous year.
The next highest UMK 2023 in Lampung Province is Mesuji Regency at Rp 2.87 million, followed by South Lampung Regency at Rp 2.86 million, Way Kanan Regency at Rp 2.84 million, and West Lampung Regency at Rp 2.72 million.
Next are West Tulangbawang Regency with a 2023 UMK of Rp 2.67 million, North Lampung Regency at Rp 2.66 million, Metro City at Rp 2.64 million, Central Lampung Regency at Rp 2.64 million, and Tulangbawang Regency at Rp 2.64 million.
Five regencies/cities in Lampung Province do not yet have a Wage Council, so their UMK is the same as the Lampung Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), which is Rp 2.63 million.
These five regions are Pesawaran Regency, Pringsewu Regency, Tanggamus Regency, West Coast Regency, and East Lampung Regency.
