All Indonesian provincial governments have set the 2024 Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP). This wage determination refers to Government Regulation (PP) Number 51 of 2023 concerning Wages.
However, the increase in the 2024 UMP across Indonesia's 38 provinces varies.
North Maluku recorded the highest national percentage increase in the 2024 UMP. It is followed by Yogyakarta Special Region, East Java, Central Sulawesi, and East Kalimantan.
Meanwhile, Gorontalo has the lowest national increase in the 2024 UMP. This is followed by Aceh, South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, and South Sumatra.
