Several countries in the world have the best environments for those who want to start their careers.

Citing *CEOWORLD* magazine, here are the top 10 best countries to start a career, based on their job opportunity scores:

1. United Kingdom - 99.06 points
2. Germany - 98.13 points
3. Canada - 96.75 points
4. United States - 96.53 points
5. Japan - 96.15 points
6. France - 94.4 points
7. Netherlands - 93.69 points
8. South Korea - 92.08 points
9. Sweden - 91.26 points
10. United Arab Emirates - 91.23 points

The United Kingdom ranks first as the best country to start a career, with a job opportunity score of 99.06 points in 2020. It is followed by Germany in second place and Canada in third place, with scores of 98.13 points and 96.75 points, respectively.

Meanwhile, Indonesia only ranks 55th with a job opportunity score of 79.46 points. Indonesia's position is below Thailand, which ranks 47th.

*CEOWORLD* magazine calculated the job opportunity rankings and scores based on seven main indicators: job availability, career progression, economic strength, entrepreneurial conditions, unemployment rate, the number of new startups per 100,000 people, the number of graduates per 100,000 people, and job growth rate.
