East Java Food Price List Today: Prices of Cooking Oil, Salt, and Rice Increase (Saturday, March 2, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (2/3/2024) at 08.15 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, pure beef, medium-grain rice, fine iodized salt, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, milkfish, garlic bulbs, farmer-level corn, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most by Rp4,510 (8.47%) to Rp57,750 per kg. Meanwhile, skipjack tuna prices decreased the most by Rp7,900 (25.72%) to Rp22,810 per kg.

6. Milkfish: Rp32,140 per kg (down 1.95%)
7. Mackerel: Rp30,360 per kg (down 8.42%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp29,670 per kg (down 0.77%)
9. Shallots: Rp27,070 per kg (up 3.6%)
10. Skipjack Tuna: Rp22,810 per kg (down 25.72%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp16,640 per kg (down 0.36%)
