Food Prices Today (Jan 13) in Jambi: Red Chili Up, Cayenne Pepper Down

Food prices in Jambi today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

According to data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (Jan 13, 2026) at 15.38 WIB, out of 15 commodities, 1 commodity increased and 2 commodities decreased.

Only large red chilies saw a price increase.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies and red cayenne peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chilies saw the highest jump of Rp667 (2.53%) to Rp27,056 per kg. The price of red cayenne pepper decreased the most by Rp2,500 (4.92%) to Rp48,333 per kg.
