The price of fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets in Jakarta Province has decreased by 7.74% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets in DKI Jakarta province is recorded at Rp28,000. This price is down Rp350 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets has decreased from Rp30,350.

Meanwhile, the daily price of fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets in DKI Jakarta over the past three months has increased by 5.26% from the previous recorded price of Rp26,600.

The highest price increase for daily fresh chicken eggs in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in November 2021 with an increase of 23.9%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in January 2022 with a decrease of -6.53%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in DKI Jakarta show seven commodities decreased and 17 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Daily Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Fresh Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, Rice in Traditional Markets by Province, Low-Quality Rice I, Daily Chicken Meat in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Fresh Chicken Meat in Traditional Markets by Province, and Daily Green Chili in Traditional Markets by Province.
