Aceh's Food Prices Today: Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (26/9/2024) at 12.11 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, dry soybean (import), SPHP rice, garlic bulbs, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, mackerel, chicken meat, red chilies, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Garlic bulbs saw the highest price increase of Rp160 (0.41%) to Rp39,350 per kg. Red chilies experienced the largest price drop of Rp1,130 (4.02%) to Rp26,990 per kg.
