10 Provinces with the Two Highest Prices for Branded Packaged Cooking Oil (Wednesday, May 18, 2022)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded an average daily price of Rp 24,180 per kg for branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in modern markets across several provinces as of Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Overall, the average price this week is lower than last week's average of Rp 24,220 per kg.

The daily price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in Gorontalo's modern markets was the highest in Indonesia at Rp 29,700 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) in this province is higher; previously recorded at Rp 29,650 per kg.

Meanwhile, in West Papua's modern markets, branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) was sold at Rp 28,350 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) was Rp 28,000 per kg in East Kalimantan, Rp 26,550 per kg in Aceh, and Rp 26,300 per kg in West Kalimantan.

Meanwhile, seven provinces had sales of branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for branded packaged cooking oil (type 2) were North Kalimantan, Jambi, and Central Sulawesi.
