Price of Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2 in Modern Markets March 2025-2026 Period

Quoting from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) dashboard at 16:23 WIB, the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil 2 in modern markets in West Java province was observed to increase by Rp150 per kg compared to the previous day, reaching Rp22,200 per kg.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil 2 in modern markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp21,550 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil 2 in modern markets in West Java over the past three months has increased by 8.29% from the previously recorded Rp20,500 per kg.

The record increase in the daily price of branded packaged cooking oil 2 in modern markets in this province was previously recorded in June 2022 with an increase of 37.43%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in August 2023 with a decrease of -10.05%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine staple foods in West Java today recorded six commodities decreasing and 20 others increasing. The staple foods with decreasing prices are Rice, Green Bird's Eye Chili, Chicken Eggs, Fresh Layer Chicken Eggs, Garlic and Red Chili.

6. Lower Grade I Rice per Kg Rp13,350 per kg (up 0.75%)
7. Curly Red Chili per Kg Rp106,050 per kg (up 4.48%)
