Today's Food Price List in Yogyakarta Special Region: Chicken and Rice Prices Increase (Tuesday, December 5, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, have increased today compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 2:18 PM WIB, out of 19 commodities, 7 saw price increases and 7 saw price decreases.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, pure beef, broiler chicken, granulated sugar, and red chili peppers.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), dry soybean (import), bulk wheat flour, chicken eggs, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase, up Rp3,780 (5.92%) to Rp67,600 per kg. Shallots saw the lowest price decrease, down Rp580 (2.25%) to Rp25,160 per kg.
