Jakarta DKI Region Food Prices Today: Onion Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (14/12/2024) at 11:38 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, kembung fish, garlic bulbs, red chilies, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as iodized fine salt, granulated sugar, bulk cooking oil, broiler chicken, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Kembung fish prices surged the highest, up by Rp3,510 (9.77%) to Rp39,420 per kg. Broiler chicken prices decreased the most, down by Rp2,440 (6.48%) to Rp35,230 per kg.

9. Broiler Chicken: Rp35,230 per kg (down 6.48%)
