Today's Food Prices in Aceh Region: Chili Prices Up, Oil Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today have been observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (26/10/2024) at 14.22 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, shallots, red chilies, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, chicken meat, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp780 (2.71%) to Rp29,590 per kg. Skipjack tuna prices saw the sharpest decrease, dropping Rp1,250 (4.38%) to Rp27,300 per kg.

6. Shallots: Rp31,420 per kg (up 0.77%)
7. Red Chilies: Rp29,590 per kg (up 2.71%)
8. Skipjack Tuna: Rp27,300 per kg (down 4.38%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp25,130 per kg (down 0.12%)
10. Granulated Sugar: Rp18,520 per kg (up 1.54%)
