Today's Food Prices (11/2) in Indonesia: Bird's Eye Chili Rises, Soybean Falls

Several food commodity prices in Indonesia today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Quoting data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) at 14:23 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 1 commodity decreased.

Commodities that experienced price increases are red bird's eye chili, large red chili, shallots, beef rump, and broiler chicken meat.

Meanwhile, only imported soybeans decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Red bird's eye chili prices jumped the highest by Rp1,300 (1.83%) to Rp72,500 per kg. As for imported soybeans, the price dropped the most by Rp100 (0.68%) to Rp14,600 per kg.
