Jambi Region Food Prices, Sunday (August 4th): What's the Price of Fish?

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (4/8/2024) at 10:53 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 15 commodities increased in price and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, medium-grain rice, chicken eggs, pure beef, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, SPHP rice, fine iodized salt, premium rice, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies increased the most, by Rp3,770 (10.27%) to Rp40,490 per kg. The price of red chili peppers decreased the most, by Rp1,610 (2.46%) to Rp63,930 per kg.
