Latest Lampung Region Food Prices: Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (28/4/2024) at 13.01 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are red chilies, curly red chilies, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, iodized fine salt, milkfish, premium rice, and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp3,480 (10.14%) to Rp37,810 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of skipjack tuna experienced the lowest decrease of Rp3,330 (11.84%) to Rp24,790 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 20 food commodities in Lampung according to Bapanas as of April 28, 2024, at 13.01 WIB.

8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp28,820 per kg (down 0.86%)
9. Milkfish: Rp27,320 per kg (down 1.01%)
10. Skipjack Tuna: Rp24,790 per kg (down 11.84%)
