Aceh's Food Prices Today: Salt Prices Up, Oil Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (18/8/2024) at 2 PM WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, granulated sugar, broiler chicken, skipjack tuna, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, dry soybean (import), broiler eggs, bulk flour, and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel experienced the highest increase, jumping Rp2,930 (7.03%) to Rp44,630 per kg. The price of packaged flour (non-bulk) saw the sharpest decrease, falling Rp290 (1.91%) to Rp14,910 per kg.

5. Milkfish: Rp33,590 per kg (down 0.42%)
6. Broiler Chicken: Rp29,320 per kg (up 0.27%)
7. Skipjack Tuna: Rp26,770 per kg (up 0.19%)
8. Red Onion: Rp26,590 per kg (up 0.23%)
9. Broiler Eggs: Rp25,340 per kg (down 0.35%)
10. Simple Packaged Cooking Oil: Rp18,360 per liter (down 1.29%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp18,140 per kg (up 0.17%)
