Jambi Region Food Prices Friday (September 27th): Prices of Chicken, Rice, and Eggs Drop

Food prices in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Friday (27/9/2024) at 09.35 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are bulk cooking oil, pure beef, dry soybean (import), garlic cloves, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, premium rice, fine iodized salt, red chilies, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots saw the highest price increase of Rp480 (1.96%) to Rp24,940 per kg. Red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp710 (2.98%) to Rp23,080 per kg.
